Lovely hotel in a central location. Staff were very welcoming. Nice room, with a lovely bathroom. If we had stayed longer we would have picked one of the many dvd's on offer to watch in the room which was a nice touch. Coffee and croissants/pain au chocolate were a great start to the day.

- The location is EXCELLENT. It's located inside the Prudential Mall and right next to Newbury street. You can easily walk to Beacon Hill and all other popular destinations. - Rooms were modern and well kept. - Daily housekeeping. - Free coffee was provided daily. - The view from my window was amazing. You could see the river and the entire surrounding buildings. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Also at night when it's all lit up. - The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Lots of areas to sit and work or enjoy at the lobby. - Reception staff was nice enough, some were really helpful whereas some were pretty rude. Depends on who you end up talking to. Housekeeping staff was really nice though.
