We had a very warm welcome and our host was super kind and helpful. We really liked staying here. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious and we even had a bath tub. The location of the hotel was perfect as well. Amazing stay!!

Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable.
There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it.
The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues.
Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.
