The room was very spacious, elegantly decorated, high-end amenities, a perfect bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the entire East Asia in 5-6 years of trips to the region. High-quality, fresh ingredients, very well-made dishes and a great versatility of offerings. The check-in/check-out was very smooth and friendly.

Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

We enjoyed our recent exceptional 3-night stay at Kashotsu Bettei. Not only were the owners extremely friendly and polite, but they also demonstrated excellence, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. The room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The mattress, bedding, pillows, bedsheets, and cotton towels, along with the shower gel and shampoo, were of very high quality, comparable to 5-star hotels. They contributed to a restful night's sleep and elevated the overall sense of luxury. The hotel is conveniently located near the City Hall MRT station and bus stops, a bustling shopping mall (Top City), and an array of shops and eateries, adding both convenience and excitement to our stay. A tasty and more than adequate breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. Every detail, from the well-appointed room to the thoughtful amenities, showcased a commitment to excellence. The friendly and helpful staff further enhanced our experience. Without a doubt, Kashotsu Bettei exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. A solid 10 out of 10.
