Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great.
Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

As This trip was our first experience to visit Taipei, Location of hotel was very important. Hotel staff was very kind and sometimes they spoke Japanese. Though there weren't any amenities by Taiwan rules, as hotel informed us of it in advance, it's no problem. We could enjoy original taiwn cusine on breakfast. Our room was always cleaned. Though it's too bad my heavy cold, as we didn't research Taiwan's weather and cold conditions of train and bus iterior, we'll be back again. Thank you!

Many freebies included with the room from the buffet breakfast to the laundry and dryer to snacks all day long including cup noodles for late nights. Weighing scale at the lobby for luggages and super attention to detail as they surprised one of my guest with a birthday cake as they noted his birthday during check in. Extremely happy with everything.

One of my favourite hotels that I’ve stayed at. My wife and I loved the large rooms, comfortable settings and lovely amenities. The staff were all very friendly and professional which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel is chic but at the same time also very homey. The free snacks and drinks in the mini bar were a wonderful touch.
The hotel breakfasts were fantastic and had great variety and were high quality.
We also enjoyed the calm neighborhood, which is also complimented by a number of world class restaurants and some lovely eateries. There’s also a lovely Ferris wheel in the neighborhood where you can get some breathtaking views of the city.
Would definitely recommend and I’m sure it’s not my last visit.
