Exceptional staff, with some of the best service from front desk, concierge to housekeeping, staff who genuinely care. Very well thought out and beautifully designed interiors, bedding and furniture with an amazing view of Taipei 101. It feels like staying at a very wealthy person’s home in the heart of Xinyi. An excellent gym, very well appointed with great equipment. Amazing bathroom mirror and lighting. Free bottled water and snacks. Perfect location close to Taipei Town Hall and walking distance to everything Xinyi has to offer.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The bed was comfortable and made my stay very enjoyable. In addition, the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They assisted me in getting a taxi and communicated with the driver to ensure I was headed to the right destination. Very sweet and nice service. They gave us a delicious birthday cake and a cute birthday card when I told them we are celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. We didn’t prepare a lighter but they even came to our room to light the candle for us.

Lots of shopping and food nearby. MRT's really close by too. Really great spot for watching Taipei's NYE fireworks! Staff's friendly as well, and the rooms are really clean.
