Cosy, spacious and clean room with the best hot tub I've ever tried. Love the mood lighting and music, as well as the variety of breakfast options delivered to our doorstep every morning. Toiletries provided were of pretty good quality, and the snacks and instant noodles from the mini bar were delicious. Really value for money, for such a great accommodation.

I've thought about booking this one before when going to Kaohsiung and it didn't disappoint.
The view of the harbour was great. The location was perfect for a day in Cijin. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine.
Will definitely book again.

*** Need to improve in 12F
The staff in 12F SPA Pool need to be more professional with need-to-retrain English skills to be more polite to customers, particularly in executive class. The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself. Marriott is a world-class hotel, so the staff need better training in communications with foreign customers, not just with the ones who can speak Chinese.

Walking-distance to Gushan Ferry Pier Station (to Qi Jin island), 5-min, and to Sizihwan/Hamasen station (to City), 15-min. It is very convenient to explore Kaohsiung with public transport.
Taiwanese-style breakfast is very good.
Parking lot is next to the new building (碧港良居-The Harbour). It might be fully occupied in the evening, so don't drive here too late.

1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
