We rented 3 apartements for a family stay (13 person).
The place was great, especially the deluxe apartement with the terrace, there was everything we needed.
Special thank you to the lovely staff who was super helpful, we want to thank Sara from the frontdesk who helped us through the whole stay, she was lovely, did everything she could to make our stay as wonderful as possible : thanks a lot Sara !!!

My first time at crown plaza but hopefully won't be my last. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. Staff were great and always helpful, facilities are excellent, room is clean, spacious with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. Aqua Florya mall is next door and metro station is few minutes walk.

I always stay at this hotel because the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great place for shopping, food and tourism. It has easy public transport and taxis around it 24 hours. The staff looked after my needs for a bigger sized room at no extra cost. Just amazing
