The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived especially the receptionist MERIAM , she always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable. The location was safe and it is close to the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was correct and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The hotel staff is the best, especially Mr. Abdelhak and his crew: he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He helped with my luggage, gave me suggestions of places where I could eat, he made my stay in the room very comfortable (I loved the chair he brought me so that I could work online).
