Very comfy, cozy and aethetics. Its very near to Phuket Old Town and yet so quite at night. A lot of coffee shop nearby. The staff was so nice to us. We even left our luggage at the lobby after check out and comeback to pick it up at night because we go to the night market which is only 5 mins walk and its safe! To my muslim friends, its quite near to Mashaa Halal restaurant, sedap gila makan situ.

That was so far our best stay in Thailand. The place is amazing! Located in old Phuket town but still so quiet and peaceful. Great places to eat and see all around. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and polite, always smiling. We felt like home in here. Thank you for having us! If we're coming back then only to this place 😊

I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action. It is a house-museum with a very friendly welcoming hosts. Very interesting place to see and to stay. My room was super clean, very comfortable, free water, tea, coffee and cookies. AC worked fine, calm evenings in spite of lively old town outside. Strong WiFi, safe streets to walk. I‘m glad I made this choice ☺️
