My stay at Wayside was fantastic. Jackie is an amazing host and always keen to do whatever she can to make guests stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfasts are beautiful and delicious. Rooms are serviced daily any time, depending on when you go out. There is free wifi throughout the property.
Location was great, in the old town and walking distance to markets and restaurants for food. You get free drinking water daily. Laundry can be done on site for very cheap. My room was much bigger than I expected for the price.

This is the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai. The staff are friendly, the facilities are very clean, and everything is well-maintained. I especially like the layout and the overall vibe, which is super comfy and welcoming. I stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed every single day.
