My kids loved this place becaause of the lobby and the pool, I loved the bed which was very confortable. The stuff was very very friendly, smiling all the time but also very helpful on any kind of request. Nice structure, with lots of flowers and places to relax. Very close to the center, by using the bikes that can be rented on the hotel. For sure, a place to go back to...

It is a lovely green and local house with various rooms.
The owner Jimmy was so welcoming, genuine and kind from the very first moment.
He welcomed us introducing himself, his place and the city.
He gave us a map and and suggested some of the better attractions to visit.
His wife was so kind and smiley to.
It’s a local place where you can really feel the beautiful local vibes.
Ps I loved their cat too

We reserved the twin suite last minute and we could not have been happier with what we found. Room looked exactly like the photos which can be a rarity. Clean, comfortable beds and amazing location- staff were incredibly accommodating and price was very reasonable. The area is quiet as well- was the best sleep we have had in a long time! Laundromat 2 minute walk as well so very convenient for backpackers that want a day to reset.

We liked the location close to a few local markets (fruit, flowers, Warorot), river and walkable to old town. Tucked in a quiet area. Extras that we appreciated included fruit, bread, water/coffee/tea, access to a kitchen and laundry. Friendly host with good communication.

Check in and check out was a breeze and the hostel is clean and comfortable. I requested for ironing facilities and it was prepared before I checked in. The convenience of having a washer (complete with detergent and softener) is a bonus. Although the dryer was broken, there is a plug in fan to blow dry the clothes in the room. The owner is very friendly and communicated well with us throughout the stay, she was also kind enough to provide and top up plenty of drinking water, fruits, beverages and bread. We love the location as it’s nearby alot of good eateries and night bazaar

Our host was very kind to us, always provided bottled water, greeted us with fruits, bread and jam. It was during the Loy Krathong festival so she helped us with info about the surroundings. Right beside the Ping River so the location was great for the festival. She was so kind and gentle with our kids, i felt like she took care of them as if her own. I would come back anytime!!
