Basically just a good hotel as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. You experience real quality when something goes wrong. In our case, first an unpleasant mattress that was replaced the next day. On the day of departure I became unwell and required hospital assistance. The help and treatment from the hotel were sublime. They have given all misery a golden edge. Even flowers in the room for a get well soon. I will definitely come back here next time.

karaarom has immediately become a favourite. newly built in a perfect neighbourhood (few steps away from the BTS station but yet very quiet), it features cool simple design and well thought amenities. complimentary breakfast is abundant and delicious. staff are very welcoming. it like a home away from home ! have recommended to our friends and will come back ourselves as soon as we get the chance !

Excellent location, immediately adjacent the Asok Skytrain station (and a few metres from the Sukhumvit MRT underground station) and the Terminal 21 shopping centre, which has numerous eating options. The hotel itself is modern, clean, comfortable and run by helpful staff, with the added bonus of a rooftop bar and pool with great views and a small gym (if you're so inclined...). Recommended.
