From the moment I booked, everything about this stay was seamless. The directions were spot-on and incredibly easy to follow — I never once felt unsure or put off, and the entrance and lifts were absolutely fine. Getting there and getting settled was a breeze and stress-free, which is always a great start to any trip. The apartment itself is superbly laid out and clearly designed with the guest in mind. Every detail has been considered. The shutters ensured perfect, uninterrupted sleep. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all the mod cons, and the washing machine was a true godsend. Both TVs are impressively large, with streaming options and easy mobile pairing, making it easy to unwind after a day out and about. It was really quiet in the apartment itself and also outside in the corridor from the lifts to entrance. What really stood out was the communication. It was genuinely refreshing to receive such clear, courteous messages throughout. The management/hosts were clearly customer-focused and went above and beyond in leaving no stone unturned to ensure my comfort and wellbeing. It made all the difference and elevated an already excellent stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place — and would happily return.
