The staff were so helpful and the hotel was excellent. We made use of the pool and happy hour and breakfast. We had lovely rooms and they were very comfortable. We were close to the metro and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

This is an excellent accommodation option in Lisbon. It’s situated in a fantastic area—just a few metro stops from the city center on one side and right next to a park on the other.
The staff is exceptional—helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. The breakfasts are simply amazing, with a huge selection and a lovely terrace on the 5th floor, allowing you to enjoy your meal both indoors and outdoors. I haven’t been this delighted in a long time.

We recently stayed at the Meliá hotel in Lisbon and it turned out to be one of our top discoveries this year. The hotel is absolutely brand-new, and it comes with this incredible sense of freshness and a stunning design. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the service is just impeccable. There’s a Spanish restaurant on site that we absolutely recommend. Even though it was busy, they found us a spot, and we had an amazing meal. Definitely try the Basque cheesecake! The spa is also fantastic, and the rooftop is a great. we genuinely loved everything about this hotel. It’s definitely in our family’s top three now, and we’ve seen a lot of places. So if you’re heading to Lisbon, absolutely give it a try!
