Breakfast was amazing, it included a sparkling wine (OMG) beyond delicious breakfast items! Room are great and comfortable, with coffee machine, tea, and towels smelling perfume (so nice)! Hotel is so close to the beach (walkable 1-2 blocks), near from good restaurants and the The Strip (Oura Street, the nightlife in Albufeira). This was one of the best hotels that I have ever been in Europe!

The location was super. Actually the hole experience was amazing and something different than a regular Hotel room. We loved the rooftop terrace as well as the patio in front. The place was exeptionally clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The shower was nice with good water pressure. The breakfast was very good and nicely brought in a basket to our terrace on our own schedule. Also the personnel at Homebout company was very attentive and made us feel like home. We had a feeling that we were very wanted quests - super 11+ experience!!! Definitely will come again to this amazing "love boat"!

Beautiful hotel, in a small quiet town near Faro. Breakfast was very good, with table service. Courtyard looks brilliant. Unfortunately we could not enjoy anything other than breakfast as it was not available during our stay. The room is modern with a beautiful design. The bathroom was excellent. One of the best and most comfortable we have ever been to.

The whole stay was so incredible, we enjoyed every minute and hope we'll be able to come back. The staff is super friendly and pays attention to details, the communication was easy and fast and also available via whatsapp. We had breakfast and dinner included and the quality of the food was incredible, delicious & nutritious with the most beautiful view opportunities from the restaurants. The hotel is very family friendly and our toddler enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The gym is brand new and has a very good choice of machines also allowing a sweet view during your workouts. The private entrance to the beach is great and opens the floor to a magnificent landscape and very nice beach. Overall we are super happy to have been able to enjoy our holidays here – thank you!

Everything, view from my main terrace, spacious and bright apartment, little things like liquid for washing up the dishes, sponge or kitchen towels. An enormous bath was so so lovely, very helpful and welcoming staff. Very good price for January stay, car park just below our apartment and probably much more.
