I liked everything about this hotel. Perfect location - close to everything, central, but quiet. Beatiful modern hotel in a historical building, with a garden. Sparkling clean, stylish, with comfortable beds and helfpul, courteous and pleasant staff. I had a small problem with the wi-fi in my room; the reception staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Very nice breakfast, as well. I had the most enjoyable stay at the Herbal Hotel.

This hotel is located close to the University where I visited and also Rynek. It was a very quiet and comfortable place. There is a delicatessen near the hotel. You can grab a small food there. The breakfast was fabulous; you can enjoy various foods. You can also ask for additional egg dishes like scrambled eggs that are absolutely delicious.

I'd like to provide an update to my previous review of Altus Palace. While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it.
They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays.
Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. A special thanks to Mrs. Chodarowska for her outstanding dedication in resolving the issue.

Enjoyed the room and each and every detailed well thought . Clean and cozy to find whatever you need ! Good location with close to center. The team is helpful and the breakfast is good compare to the rest providing only croissant and coffee . Only recommendation would be the lights in the reception might be more welcoming than cold white and dimmed atmosphere

Everything: Room is spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable with air conditioner. all appliances in working condition.
Bathroom is spacious, has everything for hygiene needs including gowns and sleepers and even weight scale. Shower is amazing!!!
Location: cannot be better!! 10 mins walk from the centre of the city, restaurant and shop but distanced enough from the noisy streets.
Will deffinatelly come back again!
