Upon check-in, the receptionist has been a great help. Very professional and accommodating. The staff was friendly specially security, porter and the cleaning person. The food has a wide range of choices. We highly recommend the place and wish to come back again.

The staffs were very nice and polite. The securities were very helpful. As it was really rainy when we arrived, they covered as with umbrella as we alight the car and assisted us for the parking area. The reception were really nice too. The guy even helped me to book a ride to the airport.

The room was very spacious, I celebrated my birthday with family. what stood out was --we had a child who was afraid of riding elevators, we informed the receptionist about this upon check in and she happily accommodated our request for a lower floor room so that we could access the stairs to the room. Astoria is affordable but the staff treats their guests exceptionally.
