I stayed for a few days at the Grand Hyatt BGC in Manila and the experience was excellent in every respect. Our corner room on the 52nd floor offered a breathtaking view of Manila Bay. The staff were always kind, attentive, and professional. The swimming pool, gym, and spa are well-maintained, spotless, and orderly. The elegance of the hotel is enhanced by the presence of fresh orchids throughout the property. The hotel’s restaurants are truly top-tier in gastronomy, offering both exceptional food quality and outstanding service for a memorable dining experience. A stay I highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable hospitality.

This place had it all! The location was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. Plus, the staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It's compact but decorated nicely and is very comfortable. We didn't use the building amenities at all but they looked great. The location in the BGC was ideal for shopping, dining and catching grabs to further away destinations. Located above Landers, it's lovely that the host included a landers membership card with the apartment guidebook. The host was an excellent communicator and the building staff were easy to deal with.
