The people here are all very kind! Thanks a lot to John Cedric Francisco,who find my missing credit card. Also thanks to Alexer ampaso and Romnick nava! The room are comfortable. The food is well and the beach view of the crust restaurant is great. The swimming pool are always clean, with towel and ice water.

I’m so glad we stayed at The Strand during our trip to Boracay. I’ve learned that people in Philippines are very friendly but the staff of The Strand goes beyond that. They are very welcoming, helpful, and will make sure we have a great stay. we had great chats and received some great recommendations. Food is phenomenal - we tried their Paluto service and it exceeded all expectations. We had lunch delivered to our room twice and it was tasty too, not to mention their fresh smoothies. We loved the location, it’s at the end of Station 1, 15-20 minutes beach walk to D’Mall so at the same time it’s very quiet and peaceful. 2 minutes walk to the beach with best sunset view. totally recommended!

Went back to Ambassador because of our wonderful experience 2 years ago. We loved the service a 100% the last time we were here, Maybe the staff were tired but we didn't feel the same warmth from them compared to our last stay. But of course not from everyone thankfully there were still the ones who are warm hearted the way we loved it.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

When you stay on Boracay, you should be located close to White Beach (the best beach on the island). This hotel is located on white beach station 3 (there is 1,2 and 3). There are some other nice hotels, but rather far. The hotel has direct access to the beach. On the right side, you can go kiting. This is the only location where are kiters. The hotel is not so big but has all you need, the stuff is amazing and very helpful. Every evening the hotel was providing the bus to go to White Beach Station 2, where the most things going on the island, it is for free, when wanted to come back they will pick you up. We had a double floor apartment with a jacuzzi on the roof it was very nice, could ho there during the night we stayed there with our 2 kids and wad enough space, we got extra bed. Weather - we were there from 2- 8 October, and the weather forecast was showing rain every day. When we arrived, it was raining mostly at night and during the day for a short time, like on Caribbean. However, it was cloudy, and we could spend more time outside. When there is sunny weather, it is so hot that everybody is looking for a shadow and staying outside of the beach. In general, don't trust the weather forecast, and you shouldn't worry about travelling to Boracy. To conclude, we were very happy from our stay and really like the hotel.
