Fantastic staff, polite and helpful, very clean.& and fresh environment inside and out. Perfect facilities, onsite welness spa, and pool. In house dinning was amazing too, we experienced the buffet breakfast and al carte dinner.
The location was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown CBD, but we had a car, so we were happy with it. They also had a water taxi and public transport close by, if required.
Loved the gas fireplace in our room, and the cleaning staff on room facilities was exceptional. Smelt amazing coming home every day.

Everything was perfect - I needed a comfortable place to rest and relax after a few days of discovering the Fiordland tramping tracks and before flying back home. The staff was lovely, room had everything I needed, bed was super comfy and the little balcony great for some fresh air. Close to the airport and great for scenic walks along the lake front. Breakfast Buffett had all the hot and continental staples and tasted great.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in New Zealand! The surroundings are gorgeous despite being so close to the airport. Don't worry about airplane voices; you will not hear them here. The Remarkables center is close to the hotel, with bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The room was so nicely designed, comfy and big. The clothes washer+dryer work superbly, it made it possible to refresh our clothes quickly before the flight without leaving the room.

The space was well laid out, clean and modern. Staff were very accommodating with our last minute booking due to a flight cancellation, and even put the heater on for us. Beautiful spot right on the edge of Lake Wakatipu.
