A classically decorated but modern home that was well kept and very clean. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. The location was fantastic - beach side but also eight minutes walk into Napier centre. Esther and Tom were the real highlight, however. We loved getting to know them over the generous welcome drinks they put on our first evening.

Every amenity you could want was available including a fabulous sea view. The accommodation was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The spa bath was a lovely extra and made it feel quite special. The hotel had a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff worked hard to maintain standards.

We stayed up the top floor with a beautiful spa pool right next to our bed. Beautiful.Location good only a little walk to centre..Lovely view out to the sea and across the road to an awesome kids park.

We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Very clean. The double glazed doors kept the traffic noise out. With the bedroom at the back it was very quiet.

Very nice and comfortable place, the staff is friendly and have a good disposition, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the bedroom also was clean and has a beautiful view, it is a very nice place to meet and share with people from different countries. The location is spectacular and has plenty of parking available, good value for money, I will be back.
