Great location with a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plus you can walk to many sights too. Great breakfast also. Pleasantly surprised when I got there as I did not expect it to be close to the water. I also liked that the hotel respected that you wanted to reuse your towels. Many times quite often than not, they say they practice protecting the environment by not changing towels if you ask not to but when you return from a day trip, you can see fresh towels. This is a first for me for a hotel to respect this and I liked it.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept on. Breakfast was good quality and quantity. The hotel had everything I wanted and none of the things I didn't need. Good location on Queen Street for visiting the city center and close to the motorway.
