How the location is so close to the airport. And how clean the rooms were. My partner and I would love to say thank you to the Receptionist that was on duty last Oct.31 around 12pm she was so lovely.

The garden was beautiful to walk around in, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Once I found the Hotel Bus sign to catch the Yellow bus to the hotel from the airport, everything was great! My room had a view of the garden, which I loved! If I am in New Zealand again, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The receptionist Kepen (young gentleman) was so helpful and friendly.. He always served us politely and made sure our stay was comfortable.. thank u for having our shuttle ready for our family at 6am, the driver Kapi was so friendly and respectful..
