The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host. Everything was perfect: great location near shopping facilities and restaurants. Very well connected to the Highway and public transport. The host is very friendly, hospitable and accommodating.
