One of the best hotels we have stayed in while travelling in New Zealand! A bit of New York in Auckland. Awesome staff, very well appointed room, lots of options for food and drinks in the hotel and the newly revamped Britomart area. Can not recommend enough.

It was very well thought out, the design was good, bed was comfy and it was quiet. Our room didn’t have any windows, which was fine as we were really just needing a place to sleep for the night. Kevin Murphy shampoo and body wash in the shower.

Property is modern and well kept. Host gave very clear concise instructions for the check-in. Even provided some complimentary snacks and beers which is a nice gesture. Location was central, near Britomart with many nice restaurants. Woolworth was also nearby.
