Easy going attitude of staff on greeting, storing bags and send-off. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if I visit Maastricht again.

I felt very welcome from the minute I came in to the hotel. The staff was extra much taking care and everybody was always smiling and also asking if there were anything that could do for us. I travelled woth my mother and we were both so happy with the hotel and hotel staff. Also big bonus to have the best hair dresser inside the hotel. He was also 100% and gave us lot of warm welcome. The Dutch was fantastic, quite unique with a great vibe! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. Location was terrific, parking not that easy but not a deal-breaker. The room itself - everything you need and nothing you don’t. Lighting was excellent, spacious, room for everything… we liked the breakfast.

Everything! The location was awesome and the room was amazing!! Very quiet and a great view! The room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!! The Alex was a fantastic hotel and great value! The Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Very happy I stayed here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Maastricht and wanting a hotel near the Hauptbahnhof.
