I felt very welcome from the minute I came in to the hotel. The staff was extra much taking care and everybody was always smiling and also asking if there were anything that could do for us. I travelled woth my mother and we were both so happy with the hotel and hotel staff. Also big bonus to have the best hair dresser inside the hotel. He was also 100% and gave us lot of warm welcome. What a stunning hotel, beautifully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade and the room we were given was beautiful (the bathroom was exceptionally decorated). The location was perfect and the staff were so attentive and welcoming. A perfect stay.
