The Chasse hotel was great! The standard double room was BIG for Amsterdam for this price and the staff was very nice to me both on the phone and in person (Nazya, Liza and Dirk). The bathroom was huge and bed very comfortable with a mattress hard enough for me, with endless storage spaces. The breakfast was superb!! with everything you need, with both hot and cold dishes with a large variety for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is well connected to everywhere with trams 13 and 19 so it was very easy to move around quickly and I think it is better than similarly priced hotels in the old town as they tend to be too small with service less good from the great Chasse!! :)

The room I booked was a bit small, but that was clearly mentioned and totally fine for the price (especially in Amsterdam!). The unique interior filled with art and crazy rooms everywhere (like a VW bus & an old tram), really made up for it and you can use the common areas as an extension of your room, with plenty of nice spots to sit and chill. The shared bathroom was clean and you could tell the equipment had been replaced recently. The staff were super friendly and Tamara was especially helpful.

A 9-minute walk from Central Station, this hotel boat offers rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. The red light district is 12 minutes by foot. Lively Rembrandtplein is 1.3 km from Angeline.

Big, clean and bright room, nice view from the window, nice shower with good shampoo and shower gel, nice bed, fast check in, very close to a metro station, very good location. If I visit Amsterdam again, I’ll definitely stay there if there are available rooms. I really liked the hotel. The stuff is also friendly.

Hotel Jakarta is one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in, every detail is a stunning adventure throughout a jungle inspired dream! Delicious breakfast, wonderful room service options & a fabulous bakery on site also. The staff made me feel extra special on my birthday, offering complimentary champagne at breakfast which was lovely. The view from the rooms are exceptional, we had a river view suite and it was perfect. Great location & really can’t recommend this hotel enough!
