With a view like this just as you step out of the lobby how could you pass on staying at this hotel? Beautiful. When you can hear the low rumble of thunder and the soft touch of rain drops while you sleep then you know you're in for a relaxing night. There's everything you need as well, unlimited drinking water, a fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils, washing machine etc. this hotel is stacked. On top of this the staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The service is the base of this cake and the location, amenities and views are the icing on top. Highly recommend!

Excellent is the word that comes to my mind when describing this hotel. I arrived super early, and the room was already available. The room is exactly as described, and pictures are very accurate. Staff is kind. The entire hotel has a very exquisite feeling. Very well located. On a less positive feedback (but still, minor things that are my preference, not affecting at all the great stay I had): the pillows and mattress were too soft; the breakfast, still plenty of choices and variety, was the weakest point as I expected a more luxurious offer. Anyway, the food selection is good.

The interior of the property including the public areas and rooms are vibrant and modern. Rooms are well designed with comfortable bed and amenities. The high floors has excellent views to KL skyline including famous twin towers. All the staff's were amazing and helpful, we really liked the uniform design, which gives a unique perspective of the hotel. Service was excellent from receptions to restaurant waiters, one the best breakfasts we had in our travels to various parts of the world.
