The beach hut was super comfy and so close to the water. The hotel staff was superior! They were accommodating and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the area, helping us to make arrangements. I loved seeing the sunrise every day.

We loved their concept of beautifully designed bungalows that seamlessly blend luxury with nature. Our bungalow offered a view into the lush jungle, allowing us to immerse in the beautiful nature and wildlife of Tulum. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's beachfront location and the lovely staff at the reception, who were not only friendly but genuinely attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From personalised recommendations for local activities to prompt service at the beach, we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit.
