The best thing was getting the access to the cenotes and Buuts'-Ha club with the room. The room was more expensive than many other places we stayed in Mexico, but when you include the cenote access, it seemed well worth it. There were actually 5 cenotes we could visit on the property, and we made a fun day of it. The room (Loft #1) had a large bed, nice kitchenette (cooktop, fridge, and sink), and a patio. We went to a grocery in Tulum and made ourselves a nice breakfast.

The hotel is very beautiful and well equiped. The manager is the most welcoming helpful person and he really wants your stay to be a unique one. The architecture and detailes are very charming! It is a good idea to have a car or use colectivos to get around.

This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough. We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The whole property was amazing and inside the jungle. It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

I loved absolutely everything, every single detail in the property. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. This place is so personal, so unique and you just feel love overthere. We had a wonderful time with Caro and Beppe and the 2 lovely dogs Blue & Apollo. The property is immerse in the jungle and so relaxing ! Unfortunately we booked only one night but we would have stayed much longer. Breakfast and dinner were something special 🙏🏻 grazie amici!
