Absolutely immaculate rooms! The whole building is incredibly stylish and modern.
The rooms are small but they are very very well planned out. If you are just staying for the night and don’t plan to hang out in the room all day, then they are absolutely perfect. The room also has a balcony so you have your own private outdoor space.

The property is well located in the quiet part of Condesa district and opposite the public park. It was conveniently located within few minutes walk from numerous cafe, tacos shops and restaurants. The property is new and clean, and well equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer for a studio unit. The property has 24-hr reception and security. Excellent stay and will be back.

Exceptional rooms, common areas and overall service was fantastic. Highly recommend if you are looking for a neighborhood without too much buzz (like Roma, Roma Norte) and with some of the best cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk.
