The receptionists, Andreea and Nayara, were incredibly professional, polite, and always ready to help. Great.
Room: spacious and elegantly furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the window overlooked neighboring buildings. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the bathroom was stocked with toiletries (shower gel and shampoo).
