Very professional staff, outstanding service, good value for money, good breakfast. Special thanks to Pat and Kim and others from the main restaurant from Philippines they made our stay memorable. Very good english and very kind. The staff from the restaurant knew my name just after first visit. The best service ever had. Also thanks to Felix and Rio from butler team. We loved everything about this hotel! We will definitely be back. Its also the perfect location.
We had an issue with our China Visa and our luggage was stuck in China. The most efficient consigege helped us with the hotel in China and arranged to have our luggage fetched via courier.
