The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"

It’s a beautiful and quiet place in a lovely neighbourhood, I could walk to the UN compound for my meetings. The staff are amazing and the food excellent -they were very welcoming & accommodating of early breakfasts or other requests. The cabins are really lovely and it felt very safe. I thoroughly recommend:) and close to Karura forest also which is great for walks or running.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I arrived late and they kindly provided a meal outside of restaurant opening hours. The facilities were excellent and a desk with a monitor was available in the room, which was very useful for work. I have stayed at DB Space many times and keep coming back because it is wonderful. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are quiet, the huge garden is peaceful, everything is clean, the location 1 minute walk to Village Market is perfect, and the cafe and restaurant on site is always delicious. Highly recommend for travellers looking for a quiet place to stay in Nairobi!

The room was excellent. My colleague and I slept comfortably during our stay there and every time we came back from our conference, the room was always clean and we didn't expect them to clean it every day! It was much needed after a long tiring day. Breakfast was my most favourite meal being in Nairobi the whole trip. I would always look forward to breakfast buffet every time I woke up. There was different menu for the breakfast buffet every morning and I enjoyed every bit of it, THANK YOU CHEF! Luckily a work colleague recommended this hotel to us as it was close to the venue our conference took place. Just 3-5 minutes walk up the road to the UN Office Building. How cool! We did not order any Uber to get there. I found it soooo convenient that there was a Box Park next to it like a mini mall, a shop, a grocery store, Dominos Pizza surrounding the hotel which fulfilled kept us full. So good!
