very well located, with lots of good equipement and great voltage for electronics charge (there were both a hair dryer and starightener in the bathroom, along with special hair care produits + great amenities.
the breakfast was ok with a varied choice of Japanese and Western food. great restaurants choice in the same building + the hotel was giving coupons for purchases and restaurants dealer.

Perfect for what I needed. A base to go to and from Yokohama Station. Really comfortable rooms with good amenities! Also booked a smoking room but they changed it to an available non-smoking room for me - thank you. As much coffee, tea and bath salts as you need available at reception. Lovely staff and felt well rested after my stay.

The hotel was perfectly clean and in an excellent location.
I love that the room i chose has it's own sauna, this was fantastic.
Really comfy beds.
TV that you can screen mirror and log onto your own netflix account (ideal as a foreigner wanting to watch English movies at night).
Vending machines and ice machines on the floors are great.
Very convenient with a large Espot supermarket across the road, a choice of many konbinis (Lawson and 7-11), subway station within 3mins walk (Kitashinyokohama which is only 1 stop away from Shin-Yokohama where you can catch the Shinkansen) and perfect if you're visiting the area for sporting events held at Nissan Stadium which is within walking distance (10-15mins walk).
Would definitely stay here again.
