A practical and convenient hotel for tourists visiting Yokohama. My partner and I stayed briefly and found the hotel very accommodating. We were even able to check in early for a small additional fee - which allowed us to move about the city much more freely.

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

Everything, from when you are greeted at the front entrance to the time you leave all staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great bathroom, and a balcony with more than enough room for two people. The location is perfect.

Location was amazing, room was big for Japan standard, airy, nice windows. Laundry on 3 levels with TV updates, huge TV with many opinion - netflix, YouTube, etc. One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan.
