The room was clean and comfy. Great location with malls and restaurants nearby. Easy to reach all POI of Yokohama via Bus, Train and Cable car. Self check-in and check-out are very friendly for foreigner.

Location is fantastic. There is plenty of food and drink in the area, a short train ride to Yokohama.
It was really cheap for a single night’s stay.
The midnight staff were young competent and actually helpful (I speak Japanese so no idea about English support)

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

Our experience since staying in the Kyoto Mitsui is that their hotel and staff and food were excellent. The location of this hotel was so convenient as well. A beautiful and highly recommended place to stay.
We wished we would have stayed in their Toyosu hotel, but at the time of booking we were unaware of their hotel. Thank you for a great stay.
