Stayed in numerous hotels throughout Japan so far. This one had the lowest rating. But it exceeded my expectation. So the 10 is to up the rating.
The room was very nice and spacious. Finally a soft pillow in a hotel! The staff was overly nice. Cleaning was good. And the hotel itself looked really good.
Also the location is in a very lively area in Yokohama wich made the stay extra pleasant.
