Our experience since staying in the Kyoto Mitsui is that their hotel and staff and food were excellent. The location of this hotel was so convenient as well. staff were friendly and always willing to help. They helped us forward the luggages and called our next hotel to confirm. The room was spacious. The location was excellent, Lawson just across the road, close to train stations, bus stops and local attractions. The limosine bus from Haneda airport stopped at NHK theatre which is just next to Hyatt.
