We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby, and the hotel upgraded us to a fantastic room with a garden and skyline views of Tokyo. The room was spacious, with a great bathtub and shower area, super comfortable beds, and an impeccable cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel onsen has not only a warm water pool but also a cool one and a jacuzzi pool with extended timetables. The area is quiet, surrounded by parks, nice restaurants, and cafes, and it is very well-connected to the city's most touristy areas. Bonus: it has a Family Mart in the same building and six washing machines. We’ll repeat for sure.

I stayed for 4 days and 5 nights at Hotel Pasela Living last week with my family (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 kid). The room was of adequate space and comfortable for the 5 of us. The room and bathroom were equipped with everything that is required for a convenient family stay. The karaoke was fun and the home cinema was perfect for relaxing and chilling with family after a whole day out. The breakfast was limited in variety but that wasn't really an issue. Another big advantage for this hotel is its location. The bus stop for the bus to Shinjuku and Shibuya stations were steps away from the hotel and we even walked to the Shinjuku Station which is 15 minutes away. The nearby locality had some very good eatery spots and shopping areas too.

This is the best place we've stayed in all our travels. Our host and his wife are the most amazing and accommodating people we've ever met. They even got us tickets to places that we couldn't get ourselves. He picked us up from the shin-Okubo station when we arrived quite late and dropped us off at Shinjuku station when we left for our next journey. The apartment is very homely. There was bottled mineral water for us. It has everything we need and is very clean. The bed is a little bit firmer than what we're used to but we sleep ok. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Have a washing machine which is great. We used the local laundromat which is 1 minute walk from the apartment to dry our clothes as it rained quite a bit on our stay. Just enough room for the three of us with our 3 luggages. The walk to the station is 8-10 minutes and the surrounding area is bustling with all sorts of Asian eateries and shops. We will definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommended!
