The hotel has very good service. The staff immediately took over your luggage as soon as you arrived at the door. The reception staff was very kind and guided you through the check-in procedures. Your luggage was delivered when you arrived at the room. The room was very comfortable and there were many restaurants to choose from for breakfast. The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Station and transportation/shopping is very convenient. The service staff is very helpful. I will choose this hotel again!

The host was very accommodating, provides a pick up and drop off to train station on check in and out. Also provided food and snacks which was a lovely touch. The sheets were cleaned while we stayed and the host even did our laundry that we left in the washing machine which is above and beyond our expectations!! Very easy to contact host. The room is lovely for the location and price. Will miss this accommodation while on our travels!
