We just stayed one night before flying out of Tokyo from a connecting flight. We got in late, and it was such a relief to be able to walk straight to our room with our luggage cart. The restaurants nearby were closed, but thankfully the restaurant at the rooftop onsen is open 24 hours. The onsen is fantastic, and was perfect after a long day of travel. It was a bit on the pricy side, but the convenience and quality was worthwhile.

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel, though limited seats (max Cap 12 ppl), so make sure you get in early to queue.
The king double is huge, fit 2 adults and 6 y.o comfortably.
The hotel is only 1 minute away from tenkubashi metro. Easy access. The map given by the hotel is very straight forward.
Hotel is very modern and very clean.
Hotel staff was accommodating. They allowed us to store our 2 medium luggages 4 days before we check in just to give us convenience, which we really appreciate their support.

Location was great in regard to the airport. The lady staff member was lovely and very helpful. The place was amazing for how much I paid I wasn’t expecting much but it exceeded my expectations dramatically. I even forgot my drink bottle and she ran to give it to me at the train station, very grateful for her. Definitely recommend staying with these guys :))

The mattress was soooooo comfortable (I normally wake up with a backache - not at the TMark). The location was perfect - took train from Narita, easy transfer to Omorikaigen train station and easy to take luggage from Omorikaigen to TMark. Quiet area, close proximity to parks for walking & relaxation, easy walking distance to Omori train station. Modern building & rooms. Cleaning & front desk staff friendly and helpful. Like the use of door magnets to confirm if housekeeping is required.

I had a wonderful stay! The admin was very responsive, making communication a breeze. The house was clean and featured beautiful interior design, creating a lovely atmosphere.
