Lovely staff that was helpful in everything from room amenities to giving recommendations to local spots for food. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. Clean rooms with good services around it like washing machines and towel replacement services. Close ro railway station without being on top of it.

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. Superior hotel! The staff is polite, and the room is spacious and clean. Excellent Breakfast was included, with a choice of three restaurants. I opted for the continental breakfast with Japanese dishes – the menu was diverse, including freshly squeezed juices. Very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the central station, which made getting around the city much easier – I used it every day. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
