Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal).
Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable.

Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

It's refreshing to see a large room in Japan. Very modern and simple but comfortable in every way. There are 2 kinds of pillow which really is so great. The room is always clean but the only disappointment is that when I went back to my room at around 10 am because I need to work and I went out at around 3:30pm they informed me that their cleaners are only until 3pm so my room was not cleaned that day.

We really loved this place! It was like our home for five nights in Nagoya. The neighborhood is quiet but Nagoya station and subway are quite close. Beds are so comfortable and I absolutely recommend this beautiful house.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The filtered water tap was great for big family and the sink tap had touchless on/off. Very cool feature. Apartment was hotel-like all the way. There is Nintendo switch for entertainment too.
