The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect and quite close to the train and bus stations. The hotel staff were very helpful and there was a luggage delivery service that was quite handy. I loved everything about this hotel, comfortable, clean and amazing room and location for the price! Last week we had a great stay in the Glanz Kei, the room was big, clean and confortable for everything, the location is very good, it is convenient for us as there is a very big shopping mall called aeon mall just right beside. So it is super easy for my mom and kids to find things they need which created a lot of flexibility for us. I must especially mention a person from hotel, Jacob, he is receiption of the hotel, he gave me a great help as one night I lost my mom on the street. She supposed to go back to hotel from kyoto station, but the direction I have indicated was reverse, and her mobile phone was out of buttery, so she didint reach to the hotel. I checked of her over 4h in different areas of kyoto. Big thanks to Jacob, bcz of his great help, I found my mom at the police station nearby kyoto station. Thanks to his great help, he even accompanied me to look for my mom after he finished his work. I really appreciated him a lot, bcz of him, the moment I felt hopeless he gave me great support. I had an unforgettable trip in kyoto.. if you ask me to have a place to stay in Kyoto with many person of family I would highly recommend this hotel.
