Actually everything but the far most important was the manager Mr. Victor, He showed up at 3 AM to make sure we are taking our taxi and he countiniously asked us that everything is okay and how can we improve, he was so willing to hear from us. The rest of the team was very helpful and they suggested a lot of things and were extremely nice.

Munir kindly upgraded me to a city view room, which offered breathtaking vistas of Amman's skyline. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided a delicious start to each day. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Hotel in Amman was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to Munir's excellent service and the hotel's amenities.
