This hotel was superb, great locations. Excellent service and wonderful staff, who were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was actually great and good value for money, even for kids. The spread has enough even for those of us who are vegan. Even though the pool was small it was perfect, with towels on hand and some cosy sunbeds. I was able to take some meetings by the pool and also some inside where there was a designated working area. For a hotel this size, the gym was actually really good. Nice size and well equipped.

I love the fact that our host make sure that we know all the details upon arrival and she communicated with us throughout our stay. Very respectful and nice host. Lovely stay in a great location. Spacious, comfortable room with big beds and clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast options just be aware that the buffet was a bit limited and would need to pay extra for traditional Jamaican cooked breakfast. It was lovely to take a morning swim in the pool, gym facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting guests throughout the hotel. Staff at check in were particularly amazing. We also had dinner at the restaurant upon arrival- food was tasty with good variety on the menu and engaging and friendly wait staff. Would definitely stay here again when in Kingston.

The food at this hotel was AMAZING. I had dinner both in the restauant and the roof top bar area and both were good. The staff are also super friendly and made you feel welcomed. Ishmali, a waiter in the restaurant was a perfect host. Always smiling, happy and pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location. Safe area. The staff is friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. 5 minutes walk to the Bob Marley museum. Shower great, cleaning everyday. AC perfect in Room. Very good stay here.
