breakfast is absolutely fantastic. not just the food (and the excellent coffee served to the table), but the room as well. I sat on the "balcony" overlooking the canal with a perfect cappuccino and brioche. heaven. the room was also wonderful, as well as the good location.

The attention to detail, every single part is thoroughly though of to provide the most comfort. The staff was AMAZING specially the recepcionist that look a lil bit like a TV series star. Dont think it twice, the hotel is incredible and the staff will make sure you enjoy your visit.
The photos show the room a lil bit small, but it is actually really spacious (and we got a tub!!!)
Toiletries were exceptional, the breakfast was super as well.
They teach you a lot about Venice and you know they love the place. That is something unique, I have not found anything like this in 5 different stays through Europe
I dont have a single bad thing to say about this place, we are so looking forward to coming back ♥️

The room was a little small but really, really comfortable, the location and the welcoming coffees and sweets, this is a great hotel and my only regret was not staying here for a longer period. The location is unbeatable, close to everything. Just as a heads up, don't do like us and take the vaporetto instead of walking there from the train station.

So happy with our choice! It was so surprisingly spacious, comfortable, convenient, and clean! There were gondolas coming and going right down from our window. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel had a special entrance for water cabs to get on and off the boat, making it easy for us to carry our luggage to the parking garage
