Everything was brand new, clean, very comfortable. Very good high end service. Worth every penny. Breakfast was amazing. I loved the eggs with bacon, mushrooms and beans. Very delicious. Croissants like they should be. Nice coffee. All perfect.

The location was convenient. Safety while staying was important to us. We felt completely safe. We also choose to book because it has a washing machine.

We loved out stay at Emma’s House! Met by Anna at the apartment who was lovely and very informative. Beautiful old building freshly renovated. Kitchen facility available with all amenities. Cosy and warm for winter. Excellent location to wander canals and explore Venice. Lots of restaurants, bakery and supermarket near by. Highly recommend staying here. Anna very helpful assisting to get luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor. Thank you so much Anna.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Looking at the pictures I was expecting the room would be a bit old and smelly, but it's completely the opposite. The room was big, very clean and with a nice smell. It is like a renewed room, but with a deco fitting to the tradition. The staff was great, specially the receptionist that received us upon arrival. Location is 5 star, couldn't be better Breakfast with a view to the main canal that you won't find on many hotels

The cleanliness is acceptable, and the location is fantastic—just a 1-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and less than 10 minutes from San Marco. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house shows no signs of humidity. Would recommend!

Hotel staff provided plenty of assistance via email prior to our arrival. Which made getting to the hotel easy. We were welcomed and shown all hotel facilities. We had an easy access, disability room which was well set out for wheelchair access.

This is a great place to stay in Venice. The location is excellent - close to the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop at Rialto Market - but it's also quiet and feels tucked away. Our room was very comfortable with a good mattress and nice lighting. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the rest of the space was well-designed. There was even a private balcony! In the shared part of the property there's a kitchen with a good coffee machine and tasty cakes, a sitting area with comfy armchairs, and a roof-terrace with an amazing 360 view of Venice. And finally - our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Highly recommended.
